All Enkore performances are held on the Cloud based Video Conferencing service called Zoom. The platform allows up to 100 participants by default in each meeting, However, up to 1,000 participants can be added on for an extra fee.

While booking a Musician, the total summary of your booking cost will be shown to you before submitting for booking. also, on the checkout page you can view the summary before submitting it to the payment gateway. The cost shown in the summary will be charged.

Artist availability varies, depending on each artists individual schedule. If an artist is unavailable at your preferred time, it is usually due to prior professional commitments or personal unavailability. Hence, we recommend booking your artist at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure that you receive the experience you are looking for.

Once you have booked an artists and completed your payment in full, you will receive a zoom link with the artist’s preferred details. Feel free to get in-touch with the musician for any special requests or specific inquiries.

At Enkore, we allow cancellation of booking after 24 Hours of the booking date and time. The refund amount of cancellation may vary according to the time you are cancelling the booking. for more brief detail we request you to refer our Cancellation policy

To deactivate your Enkore Account, simply:

There is a team of very capable artists working behind the scenes to select the best talent, and they are always happy to share specific feedback whenever requested. We encourage all artists to re-apply once the feedback is taken into consideration.

As a musician you can add only one video link.

At Enkore, we strive to have The profiles approved within 5 business days. However, there is a 'human' team of artists (not AI) that are responsible for these approvals, so dont panic if you don't hear back from us immediately. Simply contact the team once the required time has elapsed and someone will get back to you ASAP with details you are seeking.

If you have forgotten your Enkore log-in password, Dont fret! Just click on the 'forgotten password' link on the sign-in page to change your current password. Or if you want to change your password follow the steps given below,

Go to the "Settings" section in your profile which you can find it on the top-right area of your dashboard and select the tab "Password".

The Profile page is self explanatory - just go on and create your profile as you would on Facebook or Insta page( though much simpler ! )

It's fairly simple - Log in - Go to your profile and edit the URL video you need to. However, you cannot edit your First Name, Last Name, Your Profile Photo, Your Email Id and contact number. Contact admin if you need any further assistance

To Add your Availability  as a musician to receive the booking. Please follow the steps below.

Step 1

Select the "Set Availability" menu present at the top area of your dashboard.

Step 2

Select your date from the calendar present on the page. note that to add multiple date you need to select one date at a time

Step 3

Once the date is selected, a time slot will open beside the calendar. Select the time slot for which you will be available for booking on the date you have selected on step 2.

Step 4

Click on Submit button.

After successful completion of the event. Your payment will be transferred to your nominated bank account , within 5 working days . Usually almost immediate for Australian bank account holders.
